Deliveroo, Gojek ink partnership deal

They will work together on initiatives that build customer loyalty, amongst others.

Deliveroo and Gojek will work together to enhance experiences on each other’s platforms. 

Through a long-term partnership agreement, the two companies will introduce extensive new benefits and drive cross-platform savings for both Deliveroo and Gojek users. 

They will also work together on joint initiatives that build customer loyalty and create increased earnings opportunities for driver-partners and delivery riders across both platforms. 

Other areas which the parties would like to explore include community engagement and sustainability.

As part of the partnership, the platforms will also give discounted rides and food each month to its users starting 1 August.

The platforms have also introduced additional savings and rewards like an $8 worth of Deliveroo vouchers for Gojek passengers taking 8x rides in a month.

All Deliveroo Plus Gold customers in Singapore will also receive 2 x 20% off Gojek vouchers every month.
