Food Empire to invest $47.3m in India coffee plant expansion

Food Empire Holdings Limited will invest $47.3m (US$37m) to expand its spray-dried soluble coffee manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh, India.

The expansion is scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2025 and is expected to increase the facility’s capacity by about 60%.

In addition, the group plans to set up another freeze-dried soluble coffee manufacturing facility in Binh Dinh, Vietnam by 2028.
