Thomson Medical to issue $160m notes at 4.65% fixed rate

The notes are due in 2029.

Thomson Medical Group will issue notes worth $160 million at a 4.65% fixed rate, due in 2029.

The notes are part of Thomson Medical's $1b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme, established on 28 June 2019.

Thomson Medical will issue the notes in denominations of $250,000, with payments made semi-annually in arrears.

The company expects to issue the notes on 29 October on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
