Top five healthcare stocks averaged total returns of 29.5% YTD

ISEC leads the pack at 48.6%.

The five best-performing healthcare constituents of iEdge SG All Healthcare Index posted an average total return of 29.5% YTD, according to an SGX report. Their one-year and three-year total returns hit 25.2% and 24.7%, respectively.

ISEC leads the pack with a 48.6% total return YTD, followed by HMI at 35.1%, Parkway Life REIT at 25.1%, Haw Par at 20.8% and iX Biopharma at 18%.

The iEdge SG All Healthcare Index comprises 34 constituents with a combined market cap of over $34b. Healthcare services providers are well-represented, accounting for more than half of the index's constituents.

In addition, the five constituents with the largest weightings in the Index are Parkway Life REIT (11.5%), Haw Par Corp (10.4%), IHH Healthcare (10.2%), First REIT (9.8%), and Top Glove Corp (9.6%).
