Hotel occupancy flat at 82%YoY in first nine months

The Average Room Rate stood at $269.31, marking a year-on-year decrease of 3.2%.

Singapore's hotel industry recorded an 82% Average Occupancy Rate (AOR) in the January-to-September period, a slight year-on-year decline of 0.2%.

The Average Room Rate stood at $269.31, marking a YoY decrease of 3.2%.

Additionally, Revenue Per Available Room also declined 3.4% YoY to $220.83.

Available Room Nights, however, showed growth, reaching 17.76 million, an increase of 1.8% YoY.

September saw the highest Average Room Rate at $690.49 for the Luxury tier and the lowest at $295.27 for the Mid-Tier.
