Thrive Global APAC, Thrive HR Exchange to provide workplace wellness solutions across SEA

Thrive HR Exchange members will gain access to Thrive Global’s content library.

Tech company Thrive Global APAC and global community platform Thrive HR Exchange have teamed up to provide wellness solutions in workplaces across Southeast Asia.

Through the new partnership, members of Thrive HR Exchange will have access to Thrive Global's library of comprehensive content, designed and curated to help instil new behaviours, protect mental health, and lift performance.

Thrive Global offers six programmes as well as a behavioural change platform that utilises AI and machine learning.

On the new partnership with Thrive HR Exchange, Thrive Global APAC’s managing director professor Alex Christou says: "When we were looking to expand across the region, Thrive HR Exchange not only had the capabilities and network we know are in need of our tools, but also the synergies, shared values and commitment to workplace wellness and change that we embody.”

Thrive Global was established by Huffington Post’s Arianna Huffington in 2016 and by now has helped more than 100 businesses worldwide to drive wellness and productivity in their workforces through its behaviour change technology, the firm said in a media release.

In September 2020, Thrive Global collaborated with Australian Monash University to launch Thrive Global APAC.

Meanwhile, Thrive HR Exchange was founded by Matt Chapman of premiere HR executive search firm ChapmanCG and HR leader Stephanie Nash. It’s a “global community platform bringing together HR professionals and people leaders to co-create the future of work,” the firm said.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
