Desmond Choo resigns as Independent Director of SBS Transit

This follows his appointment as Minister of State for Defence on 23 May.

SBS Transit has announced in a bourse filing that Desmond Choo Pey Ching has stepped down as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective 26 May.

This followed his appointment as Minister of State for Defence on 23 May.

“The Board expresses its deepest appreciation to Mr. Choo for his invaluable contributions to the Company and wishes him success in his future endeavours,” said SBS Transit.
