Frasers Property appoints new Group Head of People

The new group head is a seasoned veteran with over two decades of experience.

Frasers Property Limited has appointed Vicki Ng as its Group Head of People, reporting directly to the CEO.

Ng will lead the development of Frasers Property’s people strategy and oversees all aspects of Frasers Property’s human capital, including global recruiting and retention of a diverse and professional team, total rewards and organisational effectiveness.

Ng will also focus on working closely with the leadership team to inculcate a caring, learning, achievement and purposeful culture guided by its core values.

With over two decades of in-house and consulting practice experience leading HR teams involving business partners and specialists across multi geographies and cultures, Ng brings with her broad sector experience spanning multi-national corporations in real estate, REITs, financial institutions, and oil & gas. Her interest in blending data analytics with qualitative insights and feedback will help enhance the overall employee experience at Frasers Property with greater people-centric outcomes for the business.
