Singapore sees 6.04% rise in employee wellbeing: report

It ranked second in employee wellbeing across 21 markets globally.

Singapore ranks second in employee wellbeing across 21 markets globally at 68.23%, rising 6.04% year-on-year, Intellect reported.

Overall average stood at 58.62%. Japan led the list at 69.71% whilst the United States ranked lowest at 46.86%.

Notably, Singapore dominated in organisational support at 65.74% compared to the overall average of 59.91%.

Meanwhile, Singapore is only third when it comes to employee productivity at 53.48%, compared to the overall average of 46.08%. Japan and Malaysia were the two most productive countries at 55.62% and 54.15%, respectively.
