SGInnovate, Accredify to launch Digital Health Passport

Its login process is integrated with SingPass.

SGInnovate and Accredify have developed the Digital Health Passport to manage COVID-19 medical records more efficiently. It will be released by the end of October.

Digital Health Passport will aid healthcare institutes in issuing verifiable COVID-19 discharge memos and swab results, and  streamline document workflow.

It will also let users store their medical records securely in a mobile app, and present it to officials using a QR code if need be.

Powered by blockchain technology, the Digital Health Passport will generate tamper-proof protections for each medical document.

As per the pilot implementation for the Ministry of Health  and the Ministry of Power, foreign worker discharge memos have been verified more than 1,500,00 times using the feature.

Plans to extend the Digital Health Passport’s usage from discharge memos to other healthcare records are currently ongoing.
