AcroMeta taps SSZT to scale AI trade platform in China

The platform, ZhiMao, onboarded 182 customers during its trial phase.

Singapore-listed AcroMeta Group said its subsidiary AcroMeta Lifestyle Pte. Ltd. has agreed with Shenzhen Shenwei Zhimao Technology Ltd. (SSZT) to expand the ZhiMao AI trade platform into Mainland China.

Under the deal, SSZT will establish a dedicated entity to develop and operate ZhiMao and ProcureRadar AI in China.

The company will have exclusive rights to operate both platforms in Mainland China, including client acquisition, business development, and regional partnerships.

AcroMeta said ProcureRadar AI is part of ZhiMao, a buyer intelligence and transaction services platform for international trade and sales.

The platform connects Chinese manufacturers with overseas buyers and helps international companies identify suppliers and partners in Mainland China.

AcroMeta Executive Director Lawrence Toh said ZhiMao is operational, with institutional partnerships and a team in China in place to support expansion.

“We are focused on execution and on delivering results for the enterprises and partners who are growing with us,” Toh added.

In April, AcroMeta formalised a joint venture through AcroMeta Lifestyle to develop and commercialise ZhiMao.

The platform has completed an initial trial phase in China and Malaysia, onboarding 182 customers.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.
The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.
If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
