Singapore’s Digital Government Index rises to 62.1 in 2025

Whilst Customer Experience and Digital Equity showed positive growth, Site Performance declined.

Singapore's Digital Government Index (DGI) 2025 recorded an overall score of 62.1 out of 100, reflecting a 1% increase from 2023.

In a report, Adobe said whilst Customer Experience and Digital Equity showed positive growth, Site Performance declined.

The report provides a detailed assessment of Singapore’s digital maturity across three core pillars: Customer Experience, Digital Equity, and Site Performance.

Customer Experience remains Singapore’s strongest area, with a score of 70.4—a 0.5% increase from last year—thanks to personalised, user-friendly interactions across desktop and mobile platforms.

Digital Equity also saw significant progress, rising 11% to 62.2, driven by strong accessibility initiatives and efforts to bridge the digital divide.

However, Site Performance declined to 53.8, marking an 8% decrease from 2023. This drop is largely attributed to mobile loading speeds being 40% slower than desktop speeds, alongside site health concerns that reduce visibility in AI-generated search results.
