Singlife’s GROW and AllianzGI launch Allianz Global Income fund

Allianz Global Income fund's initial public offering (IPO) began on 15 March.

Singlife’s investment platform, GROW, has partnered with Allianz Global Investors Singapore to offer wealth and investment solutions to advisers and investors.

As part of this partnership, GROW and AllianzGI are introducing Allianz Global Income exclusively to GROW's network of advisers and clients.

This Singapore dollar-denominated fund provides monthly dividends to investors, emphasizing GROW's commitment to expanding its product offerings to meet investors' evolving needs and provide advisers with comprehensive wealth management solutions.

“The portfolio is well-diversified across four main asset classes – global equities, global convertible securities, global investment-grade corporate bonds, and global high-yield bonds,” said Akhil Doegar, CEO of GROW with Singlife in a media release.

With total assets under management of $161.7m, the Allianz Global Income fund employs a multi-asset strategy to deliver long-term stable income and capital growth whilst managing downside risk.

It offers advantages such as stable income streams, enhanced diversification, and reduced risk through investments across various asset classes with historically low correlations. The Allianz Global Income fund's initial public offering commenced on 15 March.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
