V2Y Corporation names new non-executive independent chairman

Yip Mun Foong will succeed Seet Kah Wai.

V2Y Corporation Limited has appointed Yip Mun Foong as its non-executive independent chairman, effective 30 September.

Yip currently serves as a non-executive director at Asiatic Group Holdings Limited, a principal partner at Orion-Rigel Pte Limited, and a senior accredited director at the Singapore Institute of Directors.

He has held leadership roles in companies such as China Essence Group, Pyxis Capital Partners, and USP Group.

Yip's appointment follows Seet Kah Wai’s resignation to focus on his commitments at Mi Equipment Pte Ltd. and Suzhou Mi Equipment Co., Ltd.
