Dutech Holdings reappoints Cao Yonggang as Chief Financial Officer

He re-joins the company after almost 4 months after resignation.

The Board of Dutech Holdings announced the reappoints Cao Yonggang as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Cao, 38, following a short period away pursuing his personal interest had expressed his interest in re-joining the Company. The Board having considered Mr Cao's qualification, working experience as well as his performance during his previous tenure as CFO of the Company is of the view that he is suitable to be re-appointed as CFO of the Company.

He is responsible for the Dutech Group's financial functions including accounting, internal controls, financial and management reporting, investment, tax, treasury, financial analysis, M&A support, risk management and investor relations, according to a Dutech Holdings report.

He was Chief Financial Officer of Dutech Holdings Limited from January 2010 to June 2012. Before this he was Deputy CFO of China Dairy Group Ltd. from July 2006 to January 2010 and Manager, Business Development of F&N Foods Pte Ltd from July 2003 to July 2006.
