StarHub incorporates private R&D cybersecurity firm Cyber Analytics

It jointly incorporated the firm with IronNet International.

StarHub’s subsidiary Ensign InfoSecurity, along with IronNet International, incorporated private Singapore-based firm Cyber Analytics Pte. Ltd, according to an announcement.

Ensign has an interest in 60% of the issued share capital of Cyber Analytics. The new subsidiary will undertake the conduct of research and development in order to pursue cyber security projects and end-customer cyber security projects.

Cyber Analytics has an issued and paid-up share capital of $10 comprising 10 ordinary shares, where Ensign holds 6 of its whilst IronNet holds 4.
