CapitaLand Malaysia Trust to raise $75.9m

The company said it plans to use the proceeds primarily to repay existing bank borrowings.

CapitaLand Malaysia Trust has announced a proposed placement of up to 435.4 million new units to raise up to $75.9m (MYR250m).

The company said it plans to use the proceeds primarily to repay existing bank borrowings and fund its expansion into the industrial and logistics sector.

The shares represent approximately 14.9% of its total units in issue as of 20 May 2025.
