Centurion's David Loh raises stake to 59.78%

He also recently purchased 10 million shares in the company.

Centurion Corporation chairman and executive director Loh Kim Kang David has acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of the company at a price of $0.965 per share on 15 January 2025.

With this acquisition, Loh's total stake in the company has increased to 59.78%.

Loh holds a 50% interest in Centurion Global Ltd, which owns Centurion Properties Pte. Ltd. He is deemed to have an interest in 425,756,126 shares held by Centurion Properties, as well as 200,000 shares held by his spouse, Wong Wan Pei.

On 14 January, Loh also acquired 10 million shares via two married deals.
