CLAR CEO William Tay lifts direct stake to 1.1 million units

His holdings represent about 0.024% of the REIT’s total issued units.

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT CEO William Tay Wee Leong received 171,013 units under the REIT’s incentive schemes, increasing his direct holdings from 927,940 units to 1,098,953 units.

Following the transaction, Tay’s holdings represent about 0.024% of the REIT’s total issued units.

The units were received under the CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited Performance Unit Plan and Restricted Unit Plan.

In a separate disclosure, 145,407 awards under the Performance Unit Plan vested, with the release made partly in the form of units and partly in cash.

Following the vesting, Tay’s remaining rights and awards under the incentive schemes declined from 455,792 to 287,183.
