It also recorded an improved net profit.
Digital Core REIT's distributable income rose 9.7% YoY to US$34.55m in 9M 2024.
In the same period, the REIT reported improved net profit attributable to unitholders of US$23.8m, up 36.6% YoY.
Its revenue and net property income, however, both declined.
Revenue fell 9.7% YoY to $71.99m, whilst NPI dropped 11.3% YoY to US$45.3m.
