Link REIT adds two independent directors to board

One of the new directors is the manager of Mapletree Industrial Trust.

Link REIT welcomed two new members to its board.

Jana Sehnalova, managing director of Vantage Point Asset Management, joined the Link REIT board as an independent non-executive director (INED) and a member of the “Finance and Investment” and “Sustainability” committees.

Eng-Kwok Seat Moey, manager of SGX-listed Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT), will join the Link REIT board as an INED and a member of the “Audit and Risk Management” committee.

The new INEDs began their duties on 14 November.
