Lum Chang Creations secures $63.4m in new public and private contracts

Contracts awarded include the $31.9m ROMM redevelopment and $31.5m church project.

Lum Chang Creations Limited secured two contracts worth a combined $63.4m through its subsidiary Lum Chang Interior Pte Ltd, as reported on a press release.

A $31.9m award from the Ministry of Social & Family Development covers the 30-month redevelopment of the Registries of Civil and Muslim Marriages building at 7 Canning Rise, starting on 4 December 2025 and ending on 3 June 2028.

A separate $31.5m private-sector contract was awarded on 20 November for the construction of a five-storey annex block, basement works, and conservation works at Orchard Road Presbyterian Church, with completion scheduled for 20 November 2027.
