Mencast Holdings' substantial shareholder disposes 1.6 million shares for $51,213

The couple’s total interest in the company fell to 5.74% from 6.09%. 

Chua Siok Lan, the wife of Gay Chee Cheong, a substantial shareholder of Mencast Holdings, has disposed of 1.63 million shares for $51,213, according to a bourse filing.

Following the sale, the couple’s total interest in the company fell to 5.74% from 6.09%. 

The filing stated 24 September as the date of sale but transactions took place over different trading days.
