Oxley deputy CEO buys $873,000 of company shares

He now holds 27.69% of the firm's ordinary voting shares.

Oxley deputy CEO and executive director Eric Low See Ching bought $873,000 worth of shares, announcements revealed. Low did the purchase of 2.5 million shares in two consecutive days.

The transaction was done days following the government’s cooling measures for Singapore properties. It sealed Low’s shares to 27.69% of the total ordinary voting shares.

Low purchased 1,974,700 shares on 10 July followed by 500,000 more by 11 July.
