In a city brimming with business breakfasts and networking mixers, a quiet revolution has been brewing. What started just a year ago with a handful of people and an idea over coffee has grown into one of Singapore’s most vibrant and human-centred business communities. 

The Raffles Crew, founded by Simon J., now boasts nearly 300 members and continues to grow every week.

Built on the simple principles of service and gratitude, The Raffles Crew has created a unique culture in a landscape often dominated by the transactional. 

A strong no selling policy ensures that every conversation is meaningful and every member leaves a little better than they arrived.

The community first began meeting at Providore, Raffles Place, every Friday at 8.30am. What was once a single weekly gathering has now evolved into a constellation of smaller meetups across the city, all built on the same spirit of connection and contribution. And it’s free!

In April, the group hosted its first Seekers, Funders and Founders event at COTU. 85 attendees filled the room with energy, insight and opportunity. The event connected exceptional talent looking for their next move with investors and founders. After glowing feedback, The Raffles Crew is now preparing for round two.
