ST Engineering reports net profit of $462.8m for FY2025

Base operating net profit increases to 21%.

ST Engineering reported a net profit of $462.8m for fiscal year 2025, reflecting non-cash impairment losses and gains from divestments, according to its financial statement.

Base operating net profit is $851m in 2025, up 21% from $702m in 2024. Revenue rose 9% to $12.35b.

The company proposed a final dividend of 6 cents per ordinary share, bringing total dividends to 23 cents per share, including a 5-cent special dividend.

The group order book reached $33.2b as of 31 December 2025, with new contracts totaling $18.7b during the year. The company expects to deliver $9.9b from the current order book in 2026.

Commercial aerospace revenue grew 14% to $4.99b, defence and public security revenue rose 8% to $5.33b, and urban solutions and satcom revenue increased 4% to $2.03b.

Operating cash flow reached $1.7b, supported by $0.7b in divestment proceeds. Cash and cash equivalents totaled $576m at year-end.

Unit operating expenses fell to 10.2% of revenue from 10.6% in 2024. Commercial sales were $8.6b, and defence sales $3.8b. Total shareholder return for the year was 84.2%.
