Lim's total interest fell to 9.39%.
Kelvin Lim Ching Song, a substantial shareholder of IPS Securex Holdings Limited, has disposed of 3.26 million shares for $45,971, according to a bourse filing.
Following the sale, Lim's total interest in the company fell to 9.62% from 10.29%. A subsequent sale of 1.1 million shares for $14,300 further decreased his holdings to 9.39%.
Lim's direct interest includes 130,000 ordinary shares held under UOB Kay Hian Nominees Lte. Ltd.
The sales were executed via market trading, though the specific buyers were not disclosed.
