Temasek Holdings joins $2b investment in Veeam Software

It will raise Veeam’s valuation to $15b.

Temasek Holdings has joined Veeam Software’s latest $2b secondary equity offering.

The investment, alongside TPG and Neuberger Berman, raises Veeam’s valuation to $15b, underscoring its position as a leader in data resilience solutions.

Veeam serves 550,000 customers globally and reported an 18% increase in annualized recurring revenue, reaching $1.7 billion as of September 2024.

The transaction is set to close in early 2025, pending regulatory approvals, with Morgan Stanley advising on the deal.
