Travelite Holdings’ founder acquires 1 million shares

He now holds a total of 38.57 million shares.

Thang Teck Jong, founder and executive chairman of Travelite Holdings, acquired 1 million shares for $155,000 through an off-market transaction.

As a result of this transaction, Thang's total ownership in the company has increased from 62.52% to 63.57%. He now holds a total of 38,568,172 shares, which are registered in the name of nominee accounts, including Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd., and United Overseas Bank Nominees (Private) Limited. These shares are jointly held by Thang and his spouse, Ms. Kong Ling Ting @ Kang Ling Ting.

Additionally, Thang is deemed to be interested in another 1,485,000 shares held by his spouse.

The shareholding percentages are calculated based on the company's total issued shares of 94,647,613, excluding treasury shares.
