Trustee-manager of Dasin Retail Trust hit with new demand letter on alleged outstandings 

The trustee-manager allegedly owes Sun Shu $99,139.13 of director fees.

Dasin Retail Trust Management (DRTM) received a demand letter from its former independent non-executive director, Sun Shu, in respect to alleged outstandings totalling $99,139.13 in respect of his director’s fees from 1 August 2022 to 29 August 2023.

The trustee-manager of Dasin Retail Trust said it is seeking legal advice “in respect of the aforesaid statutory demand letter.”

“The Trustee-Manager will make further announcements on the SGXNET in the event there are any material developments which warrant disclosure, in compliance with its obligations under the Listing Manual,” the trustee-manager added.

In the meantime, Dasin Retail Trust advised its unitholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing with the REIT’s units.
