UltraGreen.ai director buys 180,000 shares for $250,200

A lead independent director acquires 180,000 shares through UBS-managed trust.

UltraGreen.ai Limited’s Hsieh Fu Hua has acquired 180,000 shares from the newly listed company for $325,260 (US$250,200).

In a bourse filing, UltraGreen.ai said the transaction was done via a market transaction.

“The shares are purchased by Binjai Inc, an investment trust managed by UBS AG where Mr Hsieh Fu Hua is the settlor and beneficiary,” the company said.
