Attika Group to raise $4.6m in Catalist IPO

It will list its shares at $0.22 apiece.

Commercial interior decoration and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering firm Attika Group plans to raise $4.6m in its initial public offering (IPO) on the SGX Catalist.

The company will list its shares on 8 November at S$0.22 each.

The company will use funds raised to expand its business through acquisitions and joint ventures in Singapore and nearby countries like Malaysia.

Additionally, it plans to invest in new equipment to enhance its manufacturing capacity and diversify into the residential and hospitality sectors.

The company will also allocate funds for general working capital purposes.
