Goodwill Entertainment prices IPO at $0.20 per share

It will use the $6.45m proceeds for regional and global business growth. 

Goodwill Entertainment Holding Limited has registered its initial public offering (IPO) on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited at $0.20 per share, which was oversubscribed by 1.5 times.

The company eyes raising $6.45m for regional and global business growth, broadening business verticals, acquisitions, entertainment technologies investments, and general working capital requirements. 

Anchor investors for the IPO are Asdew Acquisitio, ICH Capital, and K-IX Capital. Evolve Capital Advisory Private Limited sponsored and issued the IPO whilst Evolve Capital and Haitong International Securities were joint placement agents.

The trading of shares is expected to commence on a "ready" basis at 9 a.m. on 15 November 2024.
