Acrometa Group’s CEO resigns

Lim Say Chin has retired from the role of executive director of the board.

Acrometa Group’s executive director Lim Say Chin has retired from the role.

Lim also tendered his resignation as the group’s chief executive officer (CEO) during the latest annual general meeting held on 27 January 2025.

He will continue to serve as CEO during the notice period. The group will make a separate announcement on the effective date of his cessation as CEO once it’s been finalised.

Following this, Acrometa Group’s board of directors is now comprised of the Mahtani Bhagwandas as non-executive chairman and independent director; Guo Jinyao Keith and Toh Ker How Lawrence as executive directors; Cheong Keng Chuan, Alfred as lead independent director; and Chan Tze Choong Eric as independent director. 

Acrometa Group is an investment holding company headquartered in Singapore. It has been listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange since 2016. Its companies include AcroHarvest Engineering, AcroMeta Minerals, and AcroMeta Lifestyle.
