Aman to open first Singapore property at The Skywaters

It will include a hotel and a limited number of branded residences.

Luxury hospitality brand Aman will open its first property in Singapore at The Skywaters, set to be the city’s tallest skyscraper.

The project will include a hotel, a limited number of branded residences, and an exclusive private members’ club.

Developed by a consortium led by Perennial Holdings, with design by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, The Skywaters is located at the intersection of Singapore’s Central Business District, Marina Bay, and the future Greater Southern Waterfront.

Aman Singapore will feature interiors by Kerry Hill Architects. The property will include a floor of large hotel suites with views of the city and the South China Sea, an Aman Club, and a collection of residences ranging from one to five bedrooms.

Facilities will be reserved for residents, members, and guests, and will include an Aman Spa spanning an entire floor, an infinity pool, and several dining venues featuring global and signature Aman concepts.

The branded residences will provide full access to Aman services and amenities, offering a private retreat above Singapore’s cityscape.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
