CEO of United Hampshire REIT Management steps down 

Robert Schmitt will end his stint as CEO on 1 May. 

The CEO of the manager of United Hampshire US Real Estate Investment Trust (UHREIT), Robert Schmitt, has stepped down due to health reasons.

Schmitt’s last day of service will be on 1 May.

Gerard Yuen, who is currently the Chief Financial Officer of United Hampshire US REIT Management, will succeed Schmitt. Yuen played a pivotal role in UHREIT’s successful listing. 

Replacing Yuen is Winnie Yap, who is currently the Finance Director of the manager.
