Chubb appoints Serene Neo as division head of consumer lines in Singapore

Neo first joined Chubb in 2019.

Chubb has named Serene Neo as division head of Consumer Lines in Singapore, effective 1 August. 

Neo will be responsible for Chubb Singapore’s consumer business comprising Accident & Health (A&H) and International Personal Lines (IPL). As per Chubb, Neo will “have oversight on business plans and strategies to achieve overall goals and production of the consumer business.”

She reports to Kevin Bogardus, country president for Chubb Singapore.
