ComfortDelGro earnings rise 11.2% to $106m in H1 2025

Overseas revenue now accounts for over 50% of the company’s total revenue.

 

ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited has reported earnings of $106m for the first half of 2025 (H1 2025), an increase of 11.2% from the $95.3m recorded a year ago.

The group also reported a total revenue of $2.42 billion in H1 2025, a 14.4% growth year-on-year (YoY).

According to the group, overseas revenue accounted for more than 50% of its total revenue for the first time. Overseas operating profit grew approximately 67.8% YoY, largely attributed to the full contribution from its 2024 acquisitions of Addison Lee and CMAC in the UK, and A2B in Australia.

ComfortDelGro’s earnings per share for H1 2025 increased by 11.1% to 4.89 cents, up from 4.40 cents in H1 2024.

ComfortDelGro also proposed a tax-exempt one-tier dividend of 3.91 cents per share, representing a payout ratio of 80%.
