DPM Wong to foster ties in France and Germany visit 

Part of Wong’s schedule in Paris is to attend the opening of Temasek’s office.

Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong will visit Paris, France and Berlin, Germany, to boost Singapore’s ties with the two European countries.

Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Finance Ministry will accompany Wong on the official trip.

Part of Wong’s schedule in Paris is to attend the opening of Temasek’s office.

He will also meet French industry leaders and attend a reception with overseas Singaporeans in France.

In Berlin, Wong will meet with Federal President Dr Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz. 

DPM Wong will also meet Vice-Chancellor and Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action Dr Robert Habeck, Federal Minister of Finance Christian Lindner, and German industry leaders.
