Great Eastern issues 29.7 million bonus shares

Trading will resume on 21 August.

Great Eastern Holdings said it has issued 29.7 million bonus ordinary shares and 443.6 million Class C non-voting Shares on 19 August, under its previously approved bonus issue.

The company’s total share capital now stands at 503 million ordinary shares and 443.6 million Class C non-voting shares, up from 473.3 million shares.

The bonus ordinary shares will begin trading on the Singapore Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on 21 August 2025.

Great Eastern confirmed that public shareholders now hold 11.76% of its issued shares, satisfying free float requirements. Trading in its shares will resume the same day.
