ISOTeam acquires remaining 49% shares of subsidiary Zara

The consideration for the acquisition is $1.

ISOTeam Ltd. announced that it purchased the 73,500 ordinary shares owned by Chin Wai Tuck in the company's subsidiary Zara @ ISOTeam, representing 49%$ of the issued and paid-up share capital of Zara.

In a bourse filing on 1 August, the company disclosed that the consideration for the acquisition was $1.

The company initially held 76,500, or 51%, of ordinary shares in Zara, a private business that provided interior design and retrofitting services.

After the acquisition, Zara has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
