Mandarin Oriental in talks to sell One Causeway Bay office space

The company said no agreement has been reached.

Mandarin Oriental International Limited has confirmed that it is in discussions regarding the potential sale of certain office space within its One Causeway Bay property.

The company’s statement follows recent media speculation about a possible transaction.

However, Mandarin Oriental said that no agreement has been reached and that there is no certainty a deal will proceed or under what terms it might be finalised.

The company added that it will issue further announcements “if and when appropriate.”
