Sanli Environmental’s non-executive chair Lawrence Ng dies at 54

He was appointed chairman in May 2017.

Sanli Environmental's non-executive chairman and independent director, Ng Lip Chi Lawrence, passed away on 5 September 2025 at the age of 54, the company announced on 7 September.

Ng was appointed chairman on 11 May 1 2017.

He held other roles within the company, including chairman of its remuneration committee and member of its audit and nominating committees.
