Singapore Paincare Holdings expects loss for FY2025

In unaudited accounts, the firm cited losses from revenue decline and increased expenses.

Singapore Paincare Holdings Ltd. is expected to record a net loss in FY2025 based on the company’s unaudited consolidated accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025, it said in a bourse filing.

Singapore Paincare Holdings cited its financial loss on the impairment of goodwill, share of losses of a joint venture and associates, underperformance of clinics, declines in revenues, increased operating expenses, employee benefits, and impairment loss on plant and equipment, it added.
