Singtel teams up with Xtelify to boost field teams in Singapore

Xtelify Work will support Singtel’s field engineers with AI-powered capabilities.

Singtel signed a multi-year partnership with Xtelify to equip their field teams in Singapore with Xtelify Work, an enterprise-grade, plug-and-play, transformative platform.

The Xtelify Work is an AI-powered platform that is capable of fleet optimisation, automated task management, and real-time tracking and governance that will help enhance the productivity of Singtel’s field teams.

“We are always looking for ways to better equip our field engineers so we can deliver the best possible experiences to our customers. This platform enables us to reimagine our workflows with AI at the core, improving both efficiency and customer service,” Ng Tian Chong, CEO of Singtel Singapore, said.

Xtelify, a fully-owned subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, recently launched a sovereign cloud platform with telco-grade reliability called the Airtel Cloud. It also announced the launch of an AI-powered, future-ready software platform that will help address every layer of the telecom value chain.
