StarHub launches mobile app ScamSafe to help block scam calls and messages

Singapore users can enjoy free six-month trial of the app. 

StarHub has introduced ScamSafe, a new mobile app that automatically blocks known scam calls and filters suspicious SMS messages before they appear.

Developed with Gogolook, an AI anti-scam technology provider, the app also enables users to set up keyword filters for SMS, check unknown numbers against a constantly updated scam database, and report scams to help protect others.

This mobile app is the latest addition to SafeHub+, StarHub’s growing suite of cybersecurity tools that make it easier for people to stay safe online.

Subscribers in Singapore who sign up before 31 December 2025 can enjoy a free six-month trial of ScamSafe.

After the trial, StarHub customers can subscribe to it on a flexible monthly subscription for $2.99 per month, while non-StarHub users will pay $4.99 per month.
