ThaiBev sales revenue down 0.4% in 9M 2025
Spirits revenue steady at $3.86B despite 0.8% lower volume.
Thai Beverage (ThaiBev) reported $10.75b (THB258.6b) in sales revenue for the nine months ended 30 June 2025, down 0.4% year-on-year (YoY).
The spirits business generated $3.86b (THB 92.78b) in revenue, stable despite a 0.8% drop in total sales volume, with EBITDA of $0.92b (THB22.16b) affected by higher marketing spend and new product launches; the international segment, including Myanmar, showed strong performance with improved profitability in the latest quarter.
The beer segment posted $4.01b (THB96.50b) in revenue, down 0.3%, whilst volume increased 4.8%, and EBITDA rose 4% to $0.52b (THB12.57b) due to lower raw material costs and better production efficiency.
Non-alcoholic beverages recorded $2.05b (THB49.33b) in revenue, down 0.7%, with volume up 0.4%, and EBITDA declined 6.3% to $0.36b (THB8.72b) from higher brand investment and marketing costs.
The food business posted $0.69b (THB16.56b) in revenue, down 1.4%, with EBITDA falling 19.5% to $0.07b (THB1.58b) due to higher raw material and labor costs and softer consumer demand.
Other businesses, including publishing and printing, reported revenue of $0.15b (THB3.63b), down 5.9%.
