TOTM Technologies to restructure board

This comes after it removed two of its directors.

TOTM Technologies will be holding an extraordinary general meeting to restructure its board after it removed directors from the company.

The company said it will remove Aw Eng Hai as an independent director and Dhanie Tri Indrasto as a non-executive director during its extraordinary general meeting on 20 March 2025.

This comes as the board verified requisition notices and the collective shareholdings of the requisitioning members.

Additionally, Ryan Siek Wei Ting, Tan Ser Ko and Tan San-Ju will be appointed as independent directors of the company.
