Bromat Holdings gets demand letter for outstanding bill

If unpaid, Sandbox will take legal action and claim interest and legal fees.

Bromat Holdings has received a letter of demand from Sandbox Studio Pte. Ltd. (Sandbox) in relation to the addition and alteration works performed for the Shang Society restaurant, with an outstanding sum of $253,500.

According to a bourse filing, the outstanding sum has been accounted for in the group’s financial results for the six months ended 31 March.

If failed to pay the sum, Sandbox will commence legal proceedings against the company without any further reference and will claim interest and legal costs incurred.

Bromat says it is currently in talks with Sandbox and will provide updates if there are any major developments or once the matter is resolved.
