Bedok South Avenue 3 tender awarded to top bidder

The highest bid of $345.9 million won out and bagged the lease for the residential site.

The consortium composed of F.E. Lakeside Pte. Ltd., FCL Topaz Pte. Ltd. and Sekisui House Singapore Pte. Ltd. bested six other bids, according to the Urban Redevelopment Authority.

The residential site has a site area of 28,644.5 sqm. and a maximum gross floor area of 60,154 sqm.

In a previous estimate, CBRE said that with the given winning bid, the Bedok South Avenue 3 residential site will lead to a breakeven cost of roughly $950 psf and "it is likely that the units in the new residential project will be able to fetch around $1,100p psf."
